Award Information
The Granite State Children's Alliance (GSCA) is a non-profit organization providing training, technical assistance and statewide representation for the network of nationally accredited Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) in NH. CACs are designed to be a child/family friendly, victim centered, neutral setting for joint investigations and forensic interviews of child victims of crime involving sexual abuse, felony level physical abuse, and child witnesses to violence such as a homicide or a serious domestic assault. The two primary goals and associated activities for this proposed project include updating interview room recording equipment at NH CACs (including satellite locations) and to outfit the newly developed on-site Mental/Behavioral Health program at the CAC of Hillsborough County in Manchester, NH.
