JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION CONGRESSIONAL EARMARK PROGRAMS

LOVE Social Services Center, Inc. (LSSC) provides after school services for disadvantaged youth K-12 in the Fairbanks, AK area. These services emphasize education and intervention programs focus on truancy reduction, school dropout and delinquency prevention. Program offerings are accessible to approximately 80,000 residents within the target area. LSSC conducts tutoring and remedial assistance for those students in need of academic assistance. Cultural and educational seminars, lectures and workshops will augment the community outreach component of LSSC.
