The Juvenile Graduated Sanctions Training and Technical Assistance Project is currently being implemented by the Juvenile and Family Law Department of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ). A major goal of the project is to provide regional trainings on the most current information on graduated sanctions to judges and other key juvenile justice practitioners. The training will address the full continuum of sanctions program and services. This information will enable juvenile justice professionals to help better serve court involved youth and their families, thus ultimately decreasing juvenile delinquency.
