Award Information
This FY05 OJJDP earmark award will help support the LaSalle County IL Child Advocacy Center (CAC). In addition to improvement of the center's facility, the project goals will include: 1) decrease the number of inaudible videotaped interviews of child victims, along with a decreased number of complaints from jurisdictional multidisciplinary investigative teams; 2) increase the number of juvenile and adult prosecutions due to increased quality of audible victim-sensitive interviews; and 3) improved cost-effectiveness of the program and service provision.
