YouthBuild

Florida Venture Foundation's Youthbuild Outreach program aims to assist disadvantaged young adults in distressed communities complete high school education, provide vocational and technical training, foster leadership skills, further opportunities for career placement and promote economic self-sufficiency. Youthbuild Outreach focuses on the reduction of juvenile delinquency, by reducing habitual truancy which leads to school drop, and increasing youth employment. Florida Venture Foundation will report on performance measures such as number of participating youth who offend, who exhibit targeted behavior change, and who successfully complete the program.
