Lackawanna County Drug Endangered Children Alliance

The Lackawanna County Government will use funding to develop coordinated prevention and intervention strategies for youth and their families who have been impacted by opioids and other substances. The proposed project will develop a collaborative, multi-jurisdictional Drug Endangered Children (DEC) Alliance to raise awareness of drug endangered children and the issues they face, ensuring linkages to mental and behavioral health services.
